Die Universität Leipzig ist am 28. Oktober 2026 Ziel eines Angriffs auf ihre IT-Systeme geworden. Zum Schutz der Daten wurden alle mit dem Internet verbundenen Server vom Netz genommen. Sämtliche digitalen Dienste der Universität — darunter die Webseiten, das E-Mail-System und das Studienportal AlmaWeb — sind daher bis auf Weiteres nicht verfügbar.
E-Mails an Adressen mit der Endung @uni-leipzig.de erreichen uns derzeit nicht. Bitte nutzen Sie die unten angegebenen Telefonnummern und Ausweichadressen. Aktuelle, offizielle Informationen der Universität finden Sie unter www.uni-leipzig.de.
On 28 October 2026, Leipzig University became the target of an attack on its IT systems. To protect data, all servers connected to the internet were taken offline. All of the university's digital services — including its websites, the e-mail system and the AlmaWeb study portal — are therefore unavailable until further notice.
E-mails sent to addresses ending in @uni-leipzig.de currently do not reach us. Please use the telephone numbers and alternative addresses listed below. Current official information from the university is available at www.uni-leipzig.de.

Der Lehr- und Forschungsbereich Communication Management gehört zum Institut für Kommunikations- und Medienwissenschaft der Universität Leipzig (Fakultät für Sozialwissenschaften und Philosophie). Wir forschen und lehren zu strategischer Kommunikation von Organisationen — unter anderem zu Unternehmenskommunikation, Public Relations und Kommunikationsmanagement — und bilden Studierende im Masterstudiengang Communication Management sowie im Bachelorstudiengang Kommunikations- und Medienwissenschaft aus.
The Communication Management research and teaching unit is part of the Institute for Communication and Media Studies at Leipzig University (Faculty of Social Sciences and Philosophy). We research and teach the strategic communication of organisations — including corporate communications, public relations and communication management — and educate students in the master's programme Communication Management and the bachelor's programme Communication and Media Studies.
